It seems like orders which we posted out super-quickly are still making their way to customers in certain areas (some orders posted on 14th Dec arrived 2nd Jan).  We would like to apologise for this delay but appreciate your patience and understanding that this is out of our control.  Hopefully with Christmas out the way, Royal Mail are getting on top of post so delays shouldn’t be as bad. 
Please do not order if you can’t cope with waiting a while as I can’t cope with horrible emails!  Be assured orders are being sent same or next working day so it really isn’t my fault!  I am doing my best in these covid-times but there is nothing I can do to get your orders to you faster. #BeKind

We will continue to pack and post orders every day until Wed 23rd December.  We will also send orders throughout the Christmas break, but only every few days.

Xmas Deadline Dates:  2nd class orders = 9am Friday 18th Dec.  1st class orders = 9am Monday 21st Dec.

These deadlines are recommended by Royal Mail – we do not guarantee deliveries before Christmas.

Why do you no longer post WorldWide?

Due to the closure of multiple local post offices, from 17th June 2019 we will no longer be offering a worldwide shipping service as we are unable to use Royal Mails’ tracking service without a local post office.

I need my order asap!

Due to the closure of multiple local post offices, from 17th June 2019 we will no longer be able to track orders or offer a next day delivery service.  Please choose 1st class.

I have entered incorrect delivery details

Email us immediately and call us to let us know! We cannot change orders or addresses once items have left our premises.
We will not be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us.

Incorrect items sent / Items missing

Please check your order once delivered in case of discrepancies. Please notify us of any issues within one week of dispatch, as any discrepancies will not be rectified after this.

Items broken

We try and wrap up all breakable items carefully and all orders are sent in padded envelopes but occasionally accidents happen. Please send us a photo of the package and which items have been damaged so we can resend or refund.

Missing Orders

In the event of missing items, we can only send out missing orders after two weeks of date of postage (UK) / after 25 days (rest of the world), and upon receipt of an email stating the missing order and confirmation of the address. This is due to Royal Mails policies on lost post.


Cancellations & Returns

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days after receipt of the goods. In the event that you wish to return an item, you must inform the company by email (sales@sparkly-nails.co.uk). From receipt, you have 7 days to let us know by email sales@sparkly-nails.co.uk that you intend to return your items to us in a new and unused condition. You are responsible for returning the item to us at your expense. Please ensure to take reasonable care of the goods so that they arrive with us in the same condition as they were delivered. Please enclose your name and order number.  Returns will be processed within 30 days. The company reserves the right to take action to claim any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We will not refund any obviously damaged or dirty goods.  Any refunds or returns made on promotional items will be given at the rate of the discounted product.
