Orders are posted within two working days (usually posted on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday).  

We ship worldwide – please see chart below for pricing.
Orders over £35 will automatically be upgraded to tracked.

*Our delivery times are recommended only (as advised by Royal Mail) If you require guaranteed in the UK please choose the next day option!

Please note, during postal strikes, public holidays and adverse weather, delivery times may vary and this is out of our control.

Due to Royal Mail policies we can only ship 4 top coats in one package. If you order more than this we will require you to pay additional postage. We are prohibited to send top coat abroad.

 


DELIVERY QUESTIONS

 

When do you post?

Orders are posted within 2 working days – usually I post on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  

I have entered incorrect delivery details

Email us immediately and call us to let us know! We cannot change orders or addresses once items have left our premises.
We will not be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us.

 

Incorrect items sent / Items missing

Please check your order once delivered in case of discrepancies. Please notify us of any issues within one week of dispatch, as any discrepancies will not be rectified after this.

 

Items broken

We try and wrap up all breakable items carefully and all orders are sent in padded envelopes but occasionally accidents happen. Please send us a photo of the package and which items have been damaged so we can resend or refund.

 

Missing Orders

In the event of missing items, we can only send out missing orders after two weeks of date of postage (UK) / after 25 days (rest of the world), and upon receipt of an email stating the missing order and confirmation of the address. This is due to Royal Mails policies on lost post.

 

 

Cancellations & Returns

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days after receipt of the goods. In the event that you wish to return an item, you must inform the company by email (sales@sparkly-nails.co.uk). From receipt, you have 7 days to let us know by email sales@sparkly-nails.co.uk that you intend to return your items to us in a new and unused condition. You are responsible for returning the item to us at your expense. Please ensure to take reasonable care of the goods so that they arrive with us in the same condition as they were delivered. Please enclose your name and order number.  Returns will be processed within 30 days. The company reserves the right to take action to claim any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We will not refund any obviously damaged or dirty goods.  Any refunds or returns made on promotional items will be given at the rate of the discounted product.
